# 📬 How to automatically send email reminders to people who have booked?

> Set up automatic reminder emails to reduce no-shows before appointments.

**Steps to set email reminders for your services**

In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left panel and click on the **Apps.** 
Click on **Cowlendar.**
Click on **My Service.**
Click **Edit** on the service you want to add email reminders to.

Click on the **Advanced tab.**

Scroll down until you see the **Reminders section.**
Click on **Add a reminder.**

Make sure to click **Update** before leaving.
