When you turn on the **“Manage Different Pricing by Seasons or Peak Times”** feature in Cowlendar, you can set custom prices for specific dates or times, such as holidays, weekends, or busy seasons, all within a single service. This gives you the flexibility to match your pricing with demand and helps customers understand why prices might change depending on when they book.<br>

**Why Use Seasonal or Peak-Time Pricing?**

* This feature allows you to **increase your revenue during high-demand periods**. For example, if weekends are your busiest times, you can create a higher “Weekend Rate” while keeping a more affordable rate for weekdays
* It’s especially helpful for businesses that experience **seasonal spikes**, like summer bookings in July or August. You can keep your pricing aligned with what the market expects without needing to create separate services.. 
* It also makes pricing **more transparent** for your customers. They can see in advance what prices apply to their chosen dates and plan their booking accordingly.

**Tips to Set It Up Smoothly**

* Always give a clear name to your regular pricing, like “Standard Rate.” This avoids confusion when customers compare options. 
* Make sure your pricing structure feels fair. If your peak rates are too high compared to your regular prices, it could discourage bookings.
* Keep in mind that this feature only adjusts pricing. If you want to block off certain dates or times, you'll need to do that separately in your **Availability Settings**.

> If you want to manage either pricing per participants, peak seasons, durations, Cowlendar will manage your current product variants and all of them will be deleted. This action is irreversible.

### Steps to adjust Different Pricing by Seasons 

In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left hand panel and click on **Apps.**
Click on **Cowlendar.**
Click click on **My Service.**
Click **Edit** on the service you want to change.

Click into the **Availability tab**
Scroll down and adjust **Season**s Settings

Go to the **Pricing** tab
Set a price for each season and save your changes.
