### **Steps to provide an in home service and ask for the customer address**

In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left panel and click on the **Apps.**
Click on **Cowlendar.**
Click on **My Service.**
Click **Edit** on the service you want to ask a question for.

Click on the **Advanced** tab.

Scroll down until you see **Custom question.**
Click on **Add a question.**

For Field type **select text Field.**
**Set the Label** to ask them for their address (for example "What is your address?").
Click save.
