# 🕳️ When trying to view my service, I've got an error 404, product not found

> Fix 404 "product not found" errors when accessing Cowlendar service pages.

It can be a few things. 

**Possible reason 1 :** your product is still in draft mode.
**How to fix it :** 

* Make sure the status of your product is not on draft mode

**Possible reason 2 :** You have deleted the product that originally was connected to the service\
**How to fix it :** 

* Recreate the product on Shopify then click on My Services > Edit > Change to update the product to the newly created one.
* If when you click on "Edit" you see a big grey rectangle instead of your product name. It means that the original product does not exist anymore.
