# 📊 Services Availabilities: See Your Open and Booked Slots

> See how many slots are open or booked for each service by day. Use the Calendar and List views of Services availabilities and book a customer in one click.

Services availabilities answers one question: how many places do I still have? For each day you see the open slots of your services, how many are booked, and you can add a booking to a slot in one click.

**Where to find it:** Shopify admin > Apps > Cowlendar Booking > Bookings > tab **Services availabilities**.

## Calendar view

Calendar is the default view. At the top you can:

- Filter by service with **Filter by service name...**
- Switch between **List** and **Calendar**
- Change the timezone of the display
- Pick the month with the month selector and the arrows

Each future day of the month shows one or more pills with a number. The number is how many slots are available that day, and a thin progress bar shows how full the day is. Past days are greyed out. Today has a dark circle.

Hover a pill to see what it means. Blue shows the slots that are available (for example "123 slots available"), yellow shows slots that are partially booked (for example "1 slot partially booked") and red shows slots that are fully booked (for example "1 slot fully booked").

### See the slots of a day

Click a day. It turns blue and the right panel shows:

- The full date, and a counter such as **3/824 booked slots** (booked slots out of the total slots of that day).
- Two selectors, **All services** and **All times**, to narrow the list.
- One card per slot with the service thumbnail and name, the meeting location (for example Zoom), the time range, a green **available** badge, **Booked slots** with the numbers (for example 0/10 (0%)) and a bar, and the **Manual booking** button.

If a day has no events, the panel says **No events for this day**.

## List view

Click **List** to see the same information as a table. Each row is one slot, with these columns:

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Service | The service name. |
| Date/Time | The date and the time range of the slot. |
| Location | The meeting location (for example Zoom). |
| Booked slots | Booked places out of the total, for example 0 / 10. |
| Status | For example available. |
| Actions | A chevron to open the slot. |

Use the month selector and the arrows to move between months.

## Common questions

### The service I am looking for does not appear. Why?

Make sure the service is active and that the month you are looking at has availability. Also check the service filter at the top.

### What is the difference with the Bookings calendar?
