If your business involves multiple staff members offering services, configuring team members in Cowlendar is essential. By assigning specific availabilities and linking services to each team member, you can ensure accurate scheduling, avoid double bookings, and give your team more control over their own calendars.

How to access the team members settings

To configure your team members:

  1. Go to your Cowlendar Dashboard
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Team
  3. Click Add a teammate to create a new member, or select Edit next to an existing team member

Each team memberโ€™s profile is now divided into intuitive tabs to help you manage their settings more easily:
