Steps to add a custom field where a customer can enter there phone number
In your Shopify admin bashboard look at the left panel and click on the Apps.
Click on Cowlendar.
Click on My Service.
Click Edit on the service you want to add a question to.
Click on the Advanced tab.
In the advanced tab you will scroll down and find the Custom question section.
Click on What contact information to ask?
Select "Email + Phone" or "Phone".
Click Edit on the Phone question.
Set your default country.
Click Save.
Click Update.
