To automatically cancel the Shopify order generated for a booking you will go to **Apps > Cowlendar > Settings** **> General settings** and enable the options which fits your needs You can control which type of canceled bookings have there Shopify order canceled (admin, customer or both)
Steps to automatically cancel orders on Cowlendar
- In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left panel and click on Apps.
- Click on Cowlendar.
- Click on Settings.
- Scroll down a bit and find the Refund and cancellation settings.
- Select the options that correspond to what you need.
