Steps to provide an in home service and ask for the customer address
In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left panel and click on the Apps.
Click on Cowlendar.
Click on My Service.
Click Edit on the service you want to ask a question for.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll down until you see Custom question.
Click on Add a question.
For Field type select text Field.
Set the Label to ask them for their address (for example "What is your address?").
Click save .
