It can be a few things.
Possible reason 1 : your product is still in draft mode.
How to fix it :
- Make sure the status of your product is not on draft mode
Possible reason 2 : You have deleted the product that originally was connected to the service\
How to fix it :
- Recreate the product on Shopify then click on My Services > Edit > Change to update the product to the newly created one.
- If when you click on "Edit" you see a big grey rectangle instead of your product name. It means that the original product does not exist anymore.
